Due to massive Russian missile strikes on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, Ukrainians are deprived of electricity, heat, and water in their homes. Ukrainians cannot access such basic things as hot food, mobile communications, and a warm house from 12 to 72 hours.

Such Russian barbarism can lead to a total blackout of the country, lasting up to 7 days.

Ukrainians are facing the most challenging winter since independence: a critical situation in the electricity, water, and heat supply.

About KSE Foundation

KSE Charitable Foundation is de jure two foundations, one registered in the USA, 501.s.3, and the other – in Ukraine.

Ukrainian Charitable Foundation KSE was founded in 2007 as a subsidiary of its non-profit corporation in the USA. Initially, with an emphasis on providing scholarships to its students. After the start of the full-scale Russian invasion, the KSE Foundation and Ukrainian enterprises and state-owned companies launched a humanitarian aid campaign for Ukraine.

The American Foundation has more than 20 years of experience and experience in humanitarian aid in the 1990s, 2004, 2013-2016 and now in 2022. It is focused on medical and humanitarian areas. This is a means of obtaining significant grants from international companies and foundations.

Good evening. Day 3 of Blackout. My home is cold. No electricity, no heating. It is becoming a real issue. So this is what I did. At KSE there was a small gasoline generator, enough to power up an electric heater and several small appliances

Good morning. Day 4 of the blackout. Day 276 of the war. We are in Kyiv. Warm. Our “generator on the balcony” project yesterday did not really work out. The generator was loud and working but the heater in our bedroom would not bring temperature up beyond a couple of degrees
